When I first started sending out my PREVIOUS email newsletter (The Write Stuff) in 2009, the email marketing platform I chose to use was Constant Contact. I loved the large selection of templates they offered!

A month before starting my current newsletter (Get Creative!) in April 2023, I made the decision to – once again – use Constant Contact as my email platform.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that for only $10/month (half of what I was paying 15 years ago), I’d have access to phone support for extended hours most days of the week. (That was a lifesaver for me while I was setting up my first issue, and has come in handy a couple of times since then, too.)

Another thing I appreciate about Constant Contact is the unlimited number of “tests” they allow – a feature I use every month. (Printing out the issue and proofreading it on paper is a step I never skip when prepping my newsletters for distribution.)

The personal (and prompt!) support I’ve always had with them has turned me into a loyal customer. As long as I’m sending out Get Creative!, Constant Contact’s email service is one that I plan to CONTINUE using.
